What You Can Give/Get:
- You can also buy these accessories for your llama badge:Sunglasses and abowtie
- Llamas can wear one or both of these accessories.
- The accessories are removable.
- The number of llamas you can receive caps out at 100,000. If someone receives 100K it will say "Already gave a llama" in their give menu and you won't be able to click it. This shows regardless if you've given them a llama before the maxed out on llamas.
- You can give an infinite amount of llamas.
Facts About dA's Interface Involving Llamas:
- You can display any llama level that you've unlocked. To change your displayed llama go to your badges page and click the level you want. To change back to your highest level llama click "(unlock from this)" next to the llama level you picked.
- Click here to see a visual on how this works.
- Click here for a guide on finding your badges page.
- If a deviant has no llamas, then a "potential llama" will be shown on their badges page.
- Click here to see what it looks like.
- If you hover over someone else's llama on their profile it'll say "Llama Level: Llamas are awesome! (number of llamas received)"
- Click here to see a visual on how this works.
- There used to be an option to put your mood on journals along with the remaining eating, watching, etc. To add your mood you would pick from a list of emoticons. was one of them!
- If you hover over the above emoticon then it'll say "Llama...an important part of life"
- On the HOME tab of your profile, when editing the About Username section you have to check a box that says "Show My Badges" for your badges to be visible there.
- The count for your badges in the ABOUT tab of your profile rounds up your badge count. This only applies to badges that have more then x1 next to them. The only way to see the accurate number of is to click it to view the page for that badge.
- The new loading page looks like this and focuses on a llama badge.
- The total badge amount on the top of your badge section in your ABOUT tab shows the wrong amount. It looks like this.
- The new error 404 page (AKA page not found) has a space llama floating in it. It looks like this.
Glitches:
- Alitn has 100,001 llamas.

- DarkSena has 100,008 Runaway Llamas.
- Credit to cheriibat for pointing this out.
- timing2 has 100,001 llamas and DamaiMikaz has 100,035 llamas.
- Glitches also include seeing 2 llamas from the same user in your inbox and in someone's badge activity.
- Toby512 appears to have received 100,014 badges despite having 21 non-llama badges in addition to his 100K llamas.
- Credit to western-croc for the info.
- Wytherwing has 100,011 llamas.
- Credit to littleyellowllama for pointing it out.
Miscellaneous Facts:
- Llama badges were first introduced to the site on April 1st, 2010 as an April Fool's joke. They stuck around due to their popularity.
- I have figured out that new users are often getting llamas from users who have given out 100,000 or more. New users have a short list to sort through, and sometimes I find several who have given llamas to the same new user.
- Credit to AgnosticDragon for this info.
- If you block someone before giving them a llama, then you will be unable to give them a llama unless you remove the block.
- dAhub used to allow users to buy llamas at 3.75 llamas per point at donations of 100 points or more. 3 llamas per point could be purchased at donations of 20 to 99 points. This allowed for a huge discount for those who worked towards 100,000 llamas. You used to be able to buy llamas for a group as well. This made it a lot easier to reach llama goals for a group, while also getting it a promotion.
- dAhub has ceased all point services. Please refrain from donating any more points to him.

- How To Find Your Llama Badge Page + Other Badge Pages
- The Badges Hall Of Fame is a list of every found user who has received and/or given at least 100,000 badges.
- This list hasn't be updated for a while because it relies on a custom made program to be generated. A friend codes it for me and deviantART's site updates frequently break it. Watch llama-list for any updates on it and other projects.
- A profile's give buttons say "Already gave a llama" even if the user has maximum llamas.
- Click here to see what a person's badge page looks like. It is (as of me writing this) only viewable if you have the badge's custom ID number of if you click on it from the ABOUT tab on your profile.
- The deviantART Wiki has a ton of articles about badges and dA's defunct llama merchandise.

You can give llamas to these unorthodox "accounts":
You need the One Click Llama Button to give llamas to these usernames. These accounts do not have traditional profiles. Some don't exist or redirect elsewhere. These "users" will not receive your llama, but it does show up in your badge activity like normal.

You can give llamas to deactivated accounts as well:
There is one way. If you have access to an unedited comment that is.If a deactivated account doesn't appear
Technically that account won't receive it, but it shows up in your badge activity like normal.
You can try it with talkbot on this comment. Then check your badge activity. Click here then click on your llama if you have made it visible.
Deleted groups can get llamas too:
If you find a username that was once a group then it can receive llamas using the One Click Llama Button. An example is a group I made (but then deleted) called the-gameplz. Here is proof that it was once a group.

Hiatus And Some Hope
@llama-list has been on haitus officially since May 20th, 2020 due to Eclipse becoming the only active version of deviantART. I've been in contact with @dadroid-bot AKA @drsdavidsoft the person who used to run his bot in the comments of this group. dA has banned him due to issues unrelated to his bot. To respect his privacy I will not be going into detail about the reasons for the banning. I can tell you that he has decided not to return to deviantART. I don't blame him one bit. dA doesn't deserve the love and support that it used to. dA should've kept the old version active until the new version at least had all of the same features and a huge decrease in bugs that (I at least) run into constantly here. My friend @drsdavidsoft is willing to help me recode what is needed for weekly llama trader features to continue. We both have other things to do, so I can't guarantee when I'll be able to resume the posts. I will be checking @llamalist and my main account @coolkaius frequently. If
